WELCOME TO EXAM CELL
- Candidates who have earned 75% of the attendance are eligible to appear for the University Examination
- Candidates should refer to the notification in the College Notice Board for the appropriate exact date of commencement of Examinations
- All the seats in the Examination hall are arranged as per the Hall Ticket Numbers. Students should occupy the seat as per their register number given in the hall ticket
- No Candidate will be allowed to write the examination without the IDENTITY CARD issued by the College
- The Candidates are necessarily required to bring their Hall Tickets and show it to the official concerned whenever it is required
- Candidates should occupy their allotted seats at least 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination
- A candidate who is late by more than 30 minutes shall not be permitted to write the examination
- Candidates shall be allowed to leave the examination hall 45 minutes after the commencement of the examination
- Candidates who are undoubtedly suffering from infectious diseases of any kind shall not be admitted to the examination hall
- Strict silence should be maintained inside the examination hall
- A candidate found guilty of using unfair means of any nature shall be liable for disciplinary action
- The candidate should produce the hall ticket on demand by the invigilator / Chief Superintendent
- Candidates are strictly prohibited using cell phones inside the examination hall
- MALPRACTICE- Candidates indulging in any kind of malpractice in the examination hall will be seriously dealt with any of the following will be deemed to be malpractice and action will be taken against the candidate indulging in them
- Mock interview sessions on group discussions and HR round are conducted to prepare students for the actual interview
- Copying from the neighbor’s answer book or from notes, books and other materials or/and allow others to copy from one’s answer books
- Communicating with a person outside or inside the examination room
- Disobedience of the instructions of the Chief Superintendent, additional Chief Superintendent or Invigilators or flouting their authority in any other manner/ non-observance of any of these instructions
- Intimation, assault, use of abusive language or any kind of misbehaviour towards Superintendents / Invigilators either within the premises or outside the exam centre
- Taking answer booklets out of the exam hall
- Any violation of the proper conduct of examination
EXAMINATION CELL:
The Exam Cell has existed since the college's founding. The core of the Exam Cell includes the members of the Principal or Chief Superintendent and other appropriate subordinates. The academic calendar, which appears on the website well in advance, serves as the basis for the Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) plan. Under the guidance of the Principal or Chief Superintendent, the Exam Cell's main duty is to carry out all exams (both internal and external) fairly and effectively.
OBJECTIVES:
- To create an efficient timetable for exams that accommodates various subjects, classes and student groups without clashes
- To manage exam-related paperwork, registration processes, and ensuring students meet eligibility criteria to attend the exams
- To organize exam venues, seating arrangements, and necessary facilities like exam halls, desks, and equipment
- To maintain exam confidentiality, and ensuring fairness and impartiality in the exam process
- To provide support to students with disabilities or special needs, ensuring they have necessary accommodations during exams
- To disseminate information about exam schedules, rules, and any changes to students and faculty
- To assist in the collection of exam papers and handing it to the respective departments
- To ensure that exam processes adhere to institutional policies, regulations, and examination board guidelines
- To collect feedback from students and faculty and addressing the grievances
